  1. I’m so glad you’re working at home, my friend! I am having the same issue with putting in took much time and not taking breaks — 11 hours today, not good. I’m hoping I’ll be able to create a healthier work at home pattern soon. I hope we both do!

    • This morning I made sure I had breakfast. And I purposely took a moment out to catch up on a few of the slices I’ve missed reading for the past couple of days. I also set an alarm so that I am aware when “times up” for the day and I cam -go home- as it were. Like you, don’t know if it will work or how long it will last, but we’ll see.

  2. There is so much topsy turvyness in everyone’s life these days. It will be interesting to see what long term effects this will have on us. Stay healthy.
